The AI staff profiles and service descriptions on this Site are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer or guarantee of specific service outcomes. Actual AI staff engagements are governed by separate service agreements entered into directly with YNOT.NOW.
We make no warranty that any AI staff member will meet your specific requirements. All performance metrics and capability descriptions are representative and based on reasonable estimates.
5. Creator Studio
Applications to our Creator Studio are subject to our selective admission process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion. Accepted creators will be subject to separate Creator Agreements governing revenue share, IP ownership, build standards, and conduct.
6. Form Submissions and Communications
By submitting an enquiry or interest form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act on behalf of any organisation you name. You consent to us contacting you at the email address provided in connection with your enquiry.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the Site.
