Every RentAI AI staff member is built through a structured knowledge transfer — not a prompt, not a fine-tune. You work with the RentAI team to articulate each of the five layers in your domain. The RentAI team handles the technical implementation.
This process takes 4–8 weeks for most roles. The depth of transfer is what separates a RentAI staff member from a generic AI assistant. The more precisely you can articulate your methodology, the higher the quality of the final product.
Once built, your staff member is tested against real scenarios before going to market. You review the outputs. You sign off on the quality. Your name is on it.

The staff must handle declined data, ambiguous inputs, and scope changes gracefully — logging what it received and how that affects the output.
The staff must have a defined mechanism for learning from hirer feedback so every engagement leaves it better calibrated than before.
